CHAPLET OF DIVINE MERCY
I encourage all to become acquainted with the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, and the Feast of Divine Mercy.
Our Lord Himself requests us, begs us, to pray for sinners. He desires to bestow His undying mercy on the most abandoned souls, on those corrupted by sin. We as Christians are called to help. By saying this chaplet and praying for sinners, as well as receiving much grace ourselves, we will gain the remission of sins for all sinners (even the most hardened, defiled and corrupt sinners). This is not an opportunity to be missed by anybody.
God will listen to our pleas, for we are expected to serve our brothers and sisters. Jesus has opened the Way to God, that we might speak to Our Father in heaven. Let us not be like Jonah who tried to run away from God, to avoid fulfilling His service. There is no-where to run to. If we neglet the spiritual welfare of our brothers and sisters, we will be answerable for it at the time of judgement. Prayer can be offered anywhere, at anytime: day or night. The Chaplet of Divine Mercy was given to us by Jesus, so let's use it.
At 3.00pm every day, say this short and wonderful prayer that will save souls.

Pray for sinners, intercede for the salvation of souls. Be like Abraham, Moses, and Mary (Gen. 18:22-33, Exodus 32:9-14). At Fatima Mary showed the three seers a vision of hell, so it exists! Yet Mary gave hope that these suffering souls could be saved even now (What Happened at Fatima, Catholic Truth Society [publishers to the Holy See], page 34).
PRAYER CAN SAVE SOULS in life, and after death.
Final Judgement means just that. The beloved will receive a new body that will be perfect in every way, untouched by sin (quite unlike the one we have now). We will be different, quite different, and altogether new (1Cor. 15:42-44). It will be rebirth, each individual starting afresh (both a daunting and exciting prospect). Those who have refused to obey, and have not responded to the prayers of the faithful, or God's mercy, will receive nothing! No new body, no new life: banished from the presence of God (what could be worse) to eternal suffering with no possible respite, and no parole.
The Feast of Mercy takes place on the Sunday following Easter Sunday. Our Lord has promised to all who partake of the grace on this great day of mercy, that all sins will be pardoned, no matter how terrible.
Let this be our incentive for the New Year, to prepare for, and partake in, the mercy won by Christ on Calvary.
Preceeding the Feast a Novena must be said in preparation. It begins on Good Friday, and after each prayer the Divine Chaplet must be said. Click to read the requirements. Click to Download the Image and Novena.
